Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund only if you never received your product or if it does not function as described.

Once a product has been delivered or activated, refunds cannot be issued unless there is a genuine technical issue that has been verified and confirmed by our support team.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued as store credit (a coupon) or as account balance on the Waveboosts website. Refunds are not returned to your original payment method.

Abuse and Chargebacks

Any attempt to abuse the refund system or submit fraudulent chargebacks may result in your account being permanently suspended from making future purchases.

Customer-Caused Issues

If an issue occurs due to your own actions—such as sharing your account, misusing the product, or violating the platform’s rules—you are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
