Wave Boosts — Refund Policy

By purchasing from Wave Boosts, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy listed below.





1 — Introduction



This Refund Policy outlines the conditions related to refunds, replacements, support, and issue resolution for products and services provided by Wave Boosts within our virtual marketplace and Discord environment.


By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly agrees to all policies described in this document.





2 — General Refund Policy



Wave Boosts does not offer monetary refunds for purchased products or services.


By purchasing from Wave Boosts, you acknowledge that all products and services provided are digital goods intended for immediate use, therefore standard refunds are not available once delivery has been completed.


Refunds will not be issued for incorrect payments, mistaken purchases, or failure to read product descriptions or instructions.


Payments sent without prior communication or sent in error cannot be refunded.





3 — Order & Payment Conditions



• You must include the required note or information during checkout.

If the required information is missing or incorrect, the order cannot be fulfilled.


• The exact payment amount must be sent.

Incorrect or incomplete payments cannot be processed.


• PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is NOT accepted.

Orders paid through G&S are not eligible for delivery, refunds, or replacements.


• PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) may only be used when requested by staff.


  • Do not add any notes
  • Balance funds should be used
  • Applies only to ticket-based orders



Failure to follow payment instructions may result in order cancellation without refund.





4 — Support & Issue Resolution



Instead of refunds, Wave Boosts offers resolution methods designed to ensure the service functions correctly, including:


• Technical support to review reported issues.

• Product replacement if a verified error is confirmed.

• Assistance and guidance to properly use the service.

• Troubleshooting steps or tools necessary to resolve issues.


To report an issue, the customer must contact support within the warranty period stated in the product description and provide sufficient evidence of the problem.





5 — Warranty & Replacement Conditions



Replacement requests must follow these requirements:


• An Invoice ID is required for all replacement requests.


• Valid proof must be provided showing the product is not functioning as intended.


• If the item has already been replaced previously, a screenshot is required when requesting another replacement.


• Do NOT modify account details such as email or password.

Doing so will void warranty and replacement eligibility.


• Providing false information regarding product functionality will result in immediate warranty revocation.


Wave Boosts reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.





6 — Regional Availability



• Regional availability may vary.


• If a product does not function in your region, this is not considered a seller issue.


Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their region and device before purchasing.





7 — Limitations



The following situations do not qualify for refunds or replacements:


• Change of mind after purchase

• Lack of technical knowledge when the service works correctly

• Personal expectations not stated in the product description

• Problems caused by the user’s environment, external settings, or third-party services





8 — Marketplace Rules & Restrictions



• Spam pinging staff or the owner may result in an immediate ban.


• If a user is banned or restricted from the Wave Boosts marketplace for any reason, all warranties are revoked.


• Users who are banned are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or support.





9 — Liability Disclaimer



All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”


Wave Boosts is not responsible for:

• Misuse of services by the user

• Regional incompatibility

• Third-party platform restrictions

• Consequences resulting from improper use





10 — Changes to Policy



Wave Boosts reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.


Continued use of our services means you accept any updated policies.
