Wave Boosts provides digital products, services, and tools through its marketplace, website, and Discord server. By accessing or purchasing from Wave Boosts, the user agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “TOS”).
These Terms apply to all users, customers, resellers, and visitors of Wave Boosts services.
Wave Boosts reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SECTION 1 — ONLINE TERMS OF SERVICE
You may not use our products or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, nor violate any applicable laws.
You must not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or abuse our systems, services, or community.
Spam pinging staff members or the owner may result in immediate disciplinary action including warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.
Violation of any of these terms may result in termination of service without refund or replacement.
SECTION 2 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
Wave Boosts reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
If your access to the marketplace, shop, or Discord server is restricted or banned due to rule violations, you will not be eligible for refunds, replacements, or warranty claims.
Any ban issued within our marketplace automatically revokes all warranty rights.
SECTION 3 — ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Customers must provide all requested information during checkout.
• You must include the required note or information requested during checkout.
If the required note is missing or incorrect, the order cannot be fulfilled.
• The exact payment amount must be sent.
Incorrect or incomplete payments cannot be processed.
• Payments sent without prior communication or sent in error cannot be refunded.
Wave Boosts is not responsible for incorrect payment instructions followed by the customer.
SECTION 4 — PAYMENT TERMS
The following payment rules apply to all purchases:
• PayPal Goods & Services (G&S) is NOT accepted.
Orders paid through G&S are not eligible for delivery, refunds, or replacements.
• PayPal Friends & Family (F&F) may only be used when explicitly requested by staff.
• When paying via PayPal F&F:
Failure to follow these payment instructions may result in order cancellation without refund.
SECTION 5 — REPLACEMENTS
No Refunds only replacements.
SECTION 6 — PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may have limited availability and may only function in specific regions.
• Regional availability may vary.
If a product does not function in your specific region, this is not considered a seller issue.
Wave Boosts does not guarantee that products or services will meet subjective expectations of the user.
SECTION 7 — WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENTS
Warranty and replacement eligibility are strictly limited to the conditions stated below.
To request a replacement:
• An Invoice ID is required for any replacement request.
• Valid proof must be provided showing that the product is not functioning as intended.
• If the item has already been replaced once, a screenshot is required when requesting another replacement.
• Customers must not modify account details such as email or password.
Doing so voids warranty and replacement eligibility.
• Providing false or misleading information regarding product functionality will result in immediate warranty revocation.
Wave Boosts reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet these requirements.

• Chatgpt - 15day warranty.
• Prime video - 30day warranty.
• Discord Server Boosts 15 day warranty.
SECTION 9 — USER RESPONSIBILITY
Users are responsible for ensuring that:
• The product is compatible with their region and device.
• The service is used in accordance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Wave Boosts is not responsible for misuse of products or services by the customer.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some products or services may involve third-party platforms.
Wave Boosts is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or actions taken by third-party platforms that may affect the service.
SECTION 11 — ERRORS AND ACCURACY
There may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding pricing, product descriptions, or availability.
Wave Boosts reserves the right to correct these errors at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 12 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Wave Boosts does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.
SECTION 13 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wave Boosts acts solely as a digital service provider within a virtual environment.
The user accepts that the use of purchased products or services is at their own risk and responsibility.
Wave Boosts will not be held responsible for:
• User misuse of services
• Violations of applicable laws by the user
• Regional incompatibility
• Third-party service restrictions
SECTION 14 — TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until the user stops using the services or until Wave Boosts terminates access due to violations of these Terms.
SECTION 15 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the user and Wave Boosts regarding the use of services and replace any previous agreements.

By making a purchase or continuing to use our services, you agree to and accept all Terms of Service listed above.
